Mr. Poh Yeang Cherng is Director and Principal Consultant at Kingmaker Consultancy Pte. Ltd. He has a Masters of Mass Communication and is a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach. He has more than 20 years of professional & leadership experience in multinational corporations, non-profit & faith-based organisations.
Yeang Cherng is passionate about designing transformational learning experiences that impact people and communities. He pioneered the Singapore Cyber Wellness movement, and developed a national framework for cyber wellness values and best practices. As lead consultant, he trained multiple commercial entities to promote cyber wellness through public education. In 2006, he set up Singapore’s first Cyber Wellness Centre, developing and validating treatment protocols for pathological video gamers.
Yeang Cherng is the founder of Media Literacy School™. This suite of cyber wellness & media literacy solutions has impacted more than 500,000 Singapore clients in 250 schools in the past 8 years.

Tan Hee Guan

Mr Tan Hee Guan, a PSC scholar, is the co-founder & Principal Consultant at Kingmaker Leadership Institute Pte Ltd. Hee Guan built his leadership foundation as an officer in the Boys’ Brigade. As a chaplain, he catalysed the birth of more than 10 Boys' & Girls' Brigade companies. He also conducted leadership development for more than 3000 university scholars between 2003 to 2009, specialising in cultural transformation on university campuses.
Hee Guan is especially passionate about using strengths to train leaders & build teams for peak performance. He consults extensively with school and business leaders to establish initiatives and structures to develop potential. Hee Guan also pioneers strengths-intervention programmes for Parent-Teens and married couples.
